The King's Shilling takes Delilah back to England under accusation of treason, while The Pillars of Hercules sends the pair into another chase involving old secrets and archaeological adventure. Cliff's artwork is clean, kinetic and expressive, with action scenes balanced by dry dialogue and the contrast between Delilah's impulsiveness and Selim's caution.
