How can we help you?

Track a package

Where can I see my orders?

All your orders live in one place: My Orders. There you can see everything you’ve bought, check its status and find tracking details once your book is on its way.

There’s also a tracking button in your order email, so you can jump straight to your delivery’s progress from your inbox.

How does tracking work?

When the seller posts your book, you’ll be able to follow its journey using the tracking details on your order. Second-hand books are sent by individual sellers rather than a warehouse, so most books are posted within a few days of your order.

I bought from more than one bookshop. Will everything arrive together?

Not quite. Every bookshop on Readerama is run by an individual seller, so if your order includes books from three different bookshops, they’ll arrive as three separate parcels, each posted by its own seller. Your order will show each bookshop separately with its own status and tracking details, and it’s completely normal for one parcel to arrive before another. Think of it as three little parcels of post to look forward to rather than one.

My tracking hasn’t updated. Should I worry?

Usually not. Tracking can take a day or so to spring into life after the seller posts your book, and sometimes a parcel travels a leg of its journey without being scanned. If it’s been a few days with no movement, check back tomorrow before assuming the worst.

What if my book doesn’t arrive?

If your book is taking much longer than expected, first check the tracking for clues (a failed delivery attempt or a parcel waiting at a locker are common culprits). If it’s genuinely gone quiet, email us at support@readerama.com with your order number and we’ll chase it down. Remember, every purchase is covered by buyer protection, so if a book is lost in the post you won’t be left out of pocket.

A few things I’ve assumed, so do check: that tracking details actually appear on the order page in My Orders (rather than only in the shipping email from Sendcloud), that all three postage options provide tracking the buyer can see, and roughly how quickly sellers are expected to post, since “within a few days” is a guess. If you have a stated dispatch window for sellers, like 3 working days, it’s worth naming it here because it manages buyer expectations beautifully.
