Who can leave a review?
Only buyers who have actually bought from you can leave a review, so every review on Readerama comes from a real purchase. Buyers leave a star rating and a short comment about their experience.
How do I get reviews?
After a buyer receives their book, they can review their experience with your bookshop. You don’t need to do anything to make this happen, but the best way to earn great reviews is simple: describe your books honestly, post them promptly, and wrap them well.
Where do reviews appear?
Reviews appear on your bookshop page, so buyers browsing your books can see what others have said. Your rating builds up over time as you make more sales.
What if I get a review I think is unfair?
It happens to the best of us. If you believe a review is inaccurate or unreasonable, get in touch through support@readerama.com and we’ll take a look. We won’t remove a review just because it’s critical, but we will step in if it’s misleading, abusive or clearly about the wrong order.
A tip for new sellers
Your first few reviews matter most, so it’s worth taking extra care with early orders. A well-packed book that arrives quickly, exactly as described, is the fastest way to build a bookshop buyers trust.
